86. Tom SKINNER. I am very interested in this Thomas Skinner of Clark Co., AR. I believe he is the brother of Margaret Jean Skinner who was the second wife of Columbus Dickerson. Her death certificate said her father was Oskar Skinner, but the informant was not a family member. The oldest livimg member of the family [at that time] said she was Tom Skinner's girl. He also said that typhoid killed his wife and all the kids except Margaret and in his depression he sold his farm and went back to where he casme from.
